Service at the restaurant was impressive, making our group meetings effortless. However, the room experience fell short. Pillows arrived wet initially, which was off-putting. We encountered issues with inconsistent hot water during showers. The bed consisted of two twin mattresses that separated during the night, disrupting sleep. Lighting was uneven, with several bulbs out. Although clean, the room felt cramped, and the linens showed signs of wear. Waiting for basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo felt unnecessary. Improvements in room essentials would enhance the overall stay, considering the positive dining experience.
